This was planned and every user got an email notification at the address they registered with

The email went out today to the account you registered with, which follows:

 Xerox App Gallery Changes 21th Sept 2018

Dear Xerox App Gallery user,

Xerox is making new and exciting changes to the Xerox App Gallery platform, as such we need to make you aware of some key changes to avoid any disruption using the service.

September 24th 2018 will see Xerox App Gallery expand into the world of e-commerce, meaning stricter security requirements are needed specifically around the login process.

What this means for you is your current “User ID” will get replaced with the “Email Address” associated with the original account. If you cannot remember the email address used please log into your account before the switch and select “profile” to view the email address used.



If you have multiple accounts (different User ID’s) associated with a single email address, these will be merged into a new single account.


Note: It is highly recommended you select “reset password” on the NEW login screen (post September 24th) before proceeding then create a new password, the reset link will be sent to the email address associated with the account.

In the event you missed the cut over date (24th September 2018) please use the following steps if you cannot remember the email address associated with the account. Go to the new Xerox App Gallery home page.

Open the help screen by pressing “?” then select the “feedback” option.

In the subject field please add “forgot email address” and within the body of the email please state where possible, your Full Name, User ID and Company Name used previously.



Other key changes to expect.

  • Enhanced navigation and app categorization
  • App purchases via the new e-commerce platform where applicable
  • New purchasable apps

More exiting updates and information will follow over the coming weeks as we take Xerox App Gallery to the next level.

App Gallery not functioning

I have a VersaLink C400 Printer with the Xerox App Gallery. It is not functioning or opening up. I go on the web page and its telling me it is under maintenance. This has been over the past two days.
