App ID account

Hello, I have a customer who created an App account but forgot their ID and login information. Can you tell me how the can retrieve it. We're having problems with the translator and wanted to reinstall it. Can it be added again on a new account and delete the other one. Thanks, Doug

It was solved by determining who set up the subscription that it had expired. Thanks
