Hello, 

 

Please try removing the App you are trying to install from My Apps and then re-adding it. 

1. Go to My Apps

2. Select "Remove from My Apps"

3. Go to All Apps

4. Select "Add to My Apps"

5. Go to My Apps and select Install and continue through the Install workflow

How exactly are you attempting to install it then?

I would think it essentially impossible to fail the install if you check the box when loading the firmware via the tool installer, have you tried simply reloading it with the option enabled in the tool? It would not even lose any settings doing so.

 

And I assume the device is set to allow weblet installs right?

I'm running device software version 

100.002.038.10200

 

Time Date and DNS are all fine

Is the firmware up to date?

 

There are many issues with the launch firmware, all of them are 100.XXX.057.0960X.

 

If it is up to date, start looking into Time/Date/DNS (It can't open if it can't connect)

App gallery install

I can't seem to install the app gallery app on my altalink c8055. It loooks like it's loading devices but just spins until it times out. I can install other apps fine. I have tried other PCs and browsers with the same result.
