App's doesn't start properly with Versalink

We have installed a new application (home made) in a Veralink and we have this wrong message when we launch the app's ont the device.

The installation made from the App gallery Portal.

This device doesn't have access to internet.

For exemple, it's not possible to start the APP Gallery app's from the device.

 

Do you know if it is mandatory to have an internet access on the device to install a new app's ?

YEs it needs access to the internet.

Which port and which URL could be open in the firewall or proxy ?
