Thank you I found a workaround.
I download the weblet from my appgallery (it’s an app which are created by us) and upload in the device manually and now it works !

the app installed from the app gallery from the customer account who the app is share by us.
I test in a second device after update the firmware and the problem is the same !
what app is this? Did you install the app today or was it installed earlier? Was the app installed from the app gallery on the device or through the App gallery on the web?
I have installed a new app's in a WC7830 ( Firmware : 073.010.009.03700), and the application doesn't start. We have a ring and anything else.
I control NTP, DNS and disable proxy and the problem is still the same
