Good morning, i installed personalized scan to email app on Xerox C7020 from App Gallery, the main problem was after cancel the prompt asking the destinatary email. After cancel the prompt asking destinatary email, the app loop into transparent black screen and remaing blocked from all operations, the only way to use the machine was pressing "home button" to return at main screen.
Anyone have solution for this issue? I tried to fix the problem by upgrading the firmware and reinstall the app from Xerox App Gallery but this operation doesn't work.
I think the problem is related of css code where something is not setted up at right way after going back from screen that asking email address.
I hope someone can help me for this trouble.
