The fix: put the machine in central time (no matter what time zone you are in). It needs to line up with the Xerox App Gallery servers. Spent hours on with 2nd level & App Gallery trying to figure that error out.

please check to make sure that the date, time, and timezone are correct. it needs to be within 5 minutes of the time. If that doesn't work please send the problem to xerox.app.gallery.feedback@xerox.com and include the device, software version.
