I am a Xerox implementation specialist.
I am currently working with a customer on installiung the Clio app in conjustion with SSO on XWC.
I havebeen able to accociated the user account, SSO, and app without issue.
the problem is that it is super slow to bring the app up.
Once the app is up, i can browse and select a client.
and then I try and do a scan or print it just sits there with a spinning circle.
any tips?
second question, is there a way to seach for clientrs files as opposed to scrolling?
this customer has many client files.
