Connect 2.0 for Box - cannot print

Greetings Community,

Our customer is experiencing this error when trying to print through the Box app, though both of these EIP services are checked as enabled in configuration.  All 11 copiers exhibit the same behavior.


has anyone seen this before?  This is an altalink C8045, and we have tried 101.002.019.20200, and 101.002.069.20900 to no avail.

did you just install this app or has it been installed since before last week? Is there any additional authenication enabled on the device?

The app was recently installed, say last thursday. Yes, the machine is and has been using Papercut for authentication. There a whole separate issue whereby the customer has to give credentials 3 times to access BOX connect 2.0

You feel the additional authentication is cauing trouble for the app?

we upgraded the gallery last week. I would attempt to reinstall and see what happens as many that have reinstalled seem to be working now.
