Connect 2.0 for Microsoft OneDrive EIP error

I have an AltaLink C8035 at a customer site that is getting the error: One or more required EIP Web Services are not enabled.  Please contact your system administrator.  Print Extension Job Management Extension, when they try to print from OneDrive.  We verified the EIP settings on the machine and they are all enabled.  We tried the simple reboot, software reset, removed and reinstalled the app.  This is currently a trail, it has not expired, he can log in to the app and see his folders along with selecting the file he wants to print.  Once he selects print, the error is generated.

Do you have another app that does printing? If so does that one work? Just to make sure both Print Submission and WS-Print are enabled in the EIP section. Do you have another device that you could try the app on? What version of software is the device running?

My apologies, yes.  We are using PaperCut to print.  Customer's I.T. was able to determine that the error happens whenever the Connect 2.0 OneDrive app is locked using the Non-Logged in users section of the Xerox.  Even after authenticating, and unlocking the app, we get the error message.  Removing the lock from the app allows us to print fine.  Software on the copier is 101.001.059.13300.  We tested this on 2 machines.

Wasn't sure from your note if unlocking helps or didn't. I spoke with someone at PaperCut and they suggestioned that if you go to the advanced device config in PaperCut and set the ext-device.xerox.lock-device to "N" it might help. Please give that a try.

Unlocking the Jobs app does resolved the issue.  I'm familiar with the PaperCut setting you listed.  I have it set to N already as it allows me to pick and choose what services to lock instead of letting PaperCut lock the entire machine.  In this case, the customer wants to lock the Jobs icon from non-logged in users, which is what we set.  However, when the Jobs icon is locked, printing from OneDrive fails.

Could you please check to see if Allow Open Access to Job Information is enabled.

Yes, as I stated in my previous post and replies.  If we set the access to "Allow", it work.  When we set it to "Not Allowed", we get the error when printing from OneDrive.  Is there another menu I should be looking for what you are asking for?

I think we are having a miscommunication. Setting the "Allow Access" to be enabled doesn't mean that it allows access to the job app. It allows the web services to access the job job info. You want to have it enable to get it to work.
