We have sent this off to the developers and as soon as we get an answer we will let you know.
Also want to add that it is not connecting to the box is the issue and it is not teh SNMP settings we checked those. As well as the DNS settings.
We can not get the connect 2.0 for box to work. We were wondering if we can escalate support. Is it something on the back end that can be causing the problem.
