Connect Key apps not working via SSO on WPC


I have an issue where the users can log into the device ok and WPC is performing as expected, but when they click into the Office 365 or OneDrive apps they are then put into and endless loading screen and the app never opens. These same users are able to use the apps perfectly fine on other sites.

I am confident that all settings on the device are correct and we have assurancees that there is nothing being blocked.

We have taken Network Troubleshooting logs off the device and it looks like there is an issue with TLS, HTTPS or something relating to encryption.
