Yes, it only does SharePoint now. We updated the OneDrive app to support both Personal and Business OneDrive accounts and removed it from the Office365 app

Does the new 2.0 app for 365 only look at Sharepoint now?

It used to be you chose mysite (ODfB) or teamsites (Sharepoint).

Please advise as my client uses both and should not have to pay for 2 apps
