As of this moment mixed originals is not implemented. We have given the suggestion to the developers and hopefully it will be an in upcoming version. As a workaround please try:
Have the customer select auto and ensure the first document to go through the feeder is largest size. This will make the entire PDF that size. It might not be ideal but they won't lose any data. The other choice is to select the larger size instead of auto.
