Could you please check on the CWIS under Support -> Troubleshooting to see if you have a Network Troubleshooting tab. If you do, please select "Start Session Now" and then attempt to open the app. Once it gets to the issue you are seeing, select Stop Session. Download and then send to email@example.com with a title of Forum Connect for Microsoft 365 issue on 7970.
I'm having issues getting this working with Workplace Cloud SSO.
The user can log in via card swipe to WPC fine. When the app is selected, the screen goes blank. If I restart the device, it works once then after the user logs out, the same blank screen on the next attempt.
Also doing the same with OneDrive app.
