Sorry Cephraim ,for the late reply we downloaded it from the Public App gallery.
we did input their custom url, which does allow us to login on a web page.
what do you have in the configuration of the app before it was installed
We see that it is pointing to the Staging version of this app.
Are you using a version of the app that you downloaded/installed from the Public App Gallery?
We are getting this message when trying to use iManage on an 8130, does anyone have any suggestions?
