Connect to One Drive - File´s cant be saved

We installed the App on a VersaLink C405 (newest FW). 

After login the app worked, a test file could be saved. After the auto logout and a new login the app does not work anymore. 

"the file could not be saved. Please contact your administrator or XEROX support." No faultcodes appear.

Any Ideas what can be done?
