Connecting to Dropbox is currently not functioning properly.

We are currently experiencing some connection issues with our Print and/or Scan to Dropbox apps. 

 

We are investigating the cause and will post an update when the apps are available again.

Hello. 

 

We are currently working on a resolution to the Dropbox outage.  We are making some changes to the Apps while we wait for the device side SPARs/Patches to be released.  However, some of the SPARs may not be available until mid-late January.  

 

Once we have the App changes in place within the next couple of weeks, we'll re-enable the Dropbox app in the App Gallery. 

 

Thank you for you patience.  We are working as quickly as possible to resolve this issue.

Hello, All. 

 

I wanted to share that the issue with the Print from/Scan to Dropbox Apps has been resolved. 
 
There are SPAR releases that need to be installed on the device.  The SPARs/Patches are located here:  www.xerox.com/DropboxFix 
 
Once you have installed the SPAR/Patch, the Print from/Scan to Dropbox Apps will need to be uninstalled from the device.  You will need to log into App Studio, put the Apps in Edit mode and re-save them.  You do not need to make any changes to the apps, they just need to be re-saved and then re-installed on the devices.  After that, the apps should start working again.
