Create App -> Scan: app doesn't support Cyrillic

Looks lik ewe do support some Cyrillica now. The areas you mentioned (Custom Text and Workflow Tags) are supported. We do not support Cyrillic characters for App Name and App Description at this time. Here is a list of what are supported

Support Cyrillic for:

Workflow Tags

Custom Text

File Name

Created By

Contact Name

Contact Email

We do not support it for:

App Name

App Description

Thank you for the post. 

I will investigate and let you know if support for Cyrillic characters/text is possible.  I will reply back here when I have more information.

Dear Colleagues,

I've been asked by customer to create scan application: Create App -> Scan (Scan to cloud storage, Email, FTP, or Shared Network Folder destinations) to send emails with predefined Subject to predefined Email.

It appears this app does not support Cyrillic: any pre-defined Cyrillic text is shown as "???". (Characters entered with scree keyboard, however, will be shown correctly.) 

Is this possible to fix this?
