Logging into Dropbox is currently unavailable using your Dropbox credentials. Logging in using the Sign in with Google option is still available at this time. We are working with Dropbox to fix login using Dropbox credentials.
The Dropbox App is now available for Xerox ConnectKey Technology enabled i-series MFP and AltaLink with a firmware upgrade. Please contact the Xerox Hotline or service technician in your area for further assistance.
You must reinstall the Dropbox App once the upgrade it complete.
We are working the final part so that we can get it back in the gallery. We are looking to have it by the end of the month. It has taken longer then expected as the fix will require a device firmware upgrade along with the new app so we want to make sure everything is ready together.
Is there an update on when an update will be made and the Dropbox app is available again? I saw that an update for the O365 app is expected for mid-June. Thank you.
I worked with our vendor IT support on this for a while today, neither had any idea the app didn't work. Any way to be notified when it is corrected so we can begin using it again? This is a huge productivity issue for us and was one reason we chose to go with Xerox when we purchased this copier.
Correct we have pulled the app from the gallery until the issue has been fixed. We do not want anyone else purchasing it and having the problem.
Has the Dropbox 2.0 been removed from the Galary temporarily? We have a few customers that have purched it, and now get a permission issue even at the Galary site trying to view the installed app.
Unfortunately we haven't been given an outlook of when this will be fixed. We will post as soon as we know. Sorry for any inconvience this might be causing.
