The Dropbox, Office 365 and OneDrive apps are currently experiencing an issue running on VersaLink devices with certain ADFS configurations. User can see either a Certificate failure or a Connection error when the apps are launched.
We are aware of this issue and have investigated the cause. We believe that the resolution will require a device software fix/upgrade. I don't have an outlook for when this might be resolved, but we are working with the device development team to have a fix available as soon as possible.

This issue has been resolved. The device team has just released a SPAR version that includes the fix for the Cerficate or Connection error when using either the Dropbox, OneDrive or Office 365 apps.
Please follow your normal channels to obtain and install the SPAR release. Firmware xx.35.32 (PL4-R3-U1)
If you are having trouble logging into the Dropbox app (ie; you have entered your credentials and have selected Sign In, but the login process does not compete), installing this SPAR release should resolve the issues.
