What system software is on the device you are using? 

Does the error message appear after selecting Scan To or Print From? Or does it not display until you navigate into a subfolder?

Dropbox navigating through folders issue

I tried the same Dropbox Print and Scan on several other devices with the same issue.. This is the same issue showing using a 59xx series device in the office with the same error as seen on 3655 My Dropbox works fine from a PC
