Your a xerox guru!! It worked, I knew I overlooked something!! I do however have a new issue. The app will not connect to the server. I am continuosly getting an error message "Unable to connect to server". The unit is directly connected to the router and is accessable through the IP address on my workstation. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Please re-enter the admin credentials for that device.
1. Go to the Devices tab
2. Navigate to the device
3. Select the Edit button
4. Re-enter the credentials
If this does not work, my suggestion would be to try another web browser (IE or Chrome). Please let us know if you are still having trouble installing the app and we can investigate further.

I am having an issue installing the Easy Translator app from the Xerox App Gallery. I am installing to a Colorqube 8700 with Firmware version 072.162.004.09100. When I initiate the installation it begins processing and then this appears:
