Before we moved some of the apps around late last year, the Xerox Easy Translator app used to be available on the All Apps screen. Everyone could see and access it without logging into the App Gallery. Now that it's in the Channel Partner category, users have to log in before they can find the XETS app. George does have Channel Partner access, so after George logs in to his account, he should be able to click on the app and then share it with his customer subaccount.
If this isn't the case, please let me know and I will investigate the cause.
The Channel Partner section doesn't exist for most people.
His customer is one of those, so they need to have their email address converted to Channel Partner like all of us in this thread needed.

You will find the Xerox Easy Translator App near the bottom of the Channel Partner category in the App Gallery.
Go to the App Galley (https://appgallery.services.xerox.com)
Log in with your App Gallery account.
Select the All Apps tab
On this screen, there will be a collection of apps under the Channel Partner category.
Scroll down the screen and you will see the Xerox Easy Translator app near the bottom of this category.
