please check that your dns is setup correctly.
We have installed the Info app via USB on a test device and we received the following error :
"App extension cannot load contact the app vendor. Device cannot contact the remote server"
We assume that the connection is blocked on the customer's network but we can't find the URL the device is connecting to. Can someone please advise how we can verify the link so we can add this to the customer's proxy ?
