File Access Error after upgrading to OneDrive version 2.5.1.
I have a customer that upgraded thier OneDrive via the Xerox App Gallery to the latest version 2.5.1. All thier devices that were upgraded stopped working. When they log into the device using Xerox Workplace Cloud and then select OneDrive, it gives them the following message: File Access Error A problem occured while trying to access a file. https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/AccessVault. We tried removing OneDrive from the device and re-installing it, but they get the same error.
