You are correct in that the device does not display the files in alpha-numeric order.  The App displays the files in order based on time - scanned or upload time. 

 

I can understand that the file display order could be a concern for users with a lot of files or folders.  I will pass this feedback along to the Program team for consideration as a future enhancement.

Google Drive App Files Random Order

When using the Google Drive App from AltaLink/VersaLink devices, the files show up in random order even though files are in numerical and alphabetical order from the PC. Customer has hundreds of files and scrolling through all the files is easy. I tested with my Google Drive account and duplicated the issue, see attached file. I did not see any settings within Google Drive to change this behavior. Any suggestions? Thanks
