Google Drive / SharePoint App Staying Logged In

Hi @mballen, for security reasons, the applications do not keep your user credentials. Once you exit a session, you will need to log back it. However, if you are using Xerox WorkPlace Cloud (WPC), https://www.office.xerox.com/en-us/software-solutions/xerox-workplace-cloud, you can enable single sign-on (SSO), https://www.support.xerox.com/en-us/article/en/2097682.html.

With SSO you loging to the device once, then the users can use the apps that were designed for SSO without the need to sign into each app. While not all apps are designed for SSO, most of not all of the Xerox branded ones are.

Hey all,

We're looking to get SharePoint App integration with some of copiers, but want to know if the account that is logged into the device stays logged in.

We tested another group's Google Drive account on a copier, but it asked them to log in each time the copier went to sleep. We would like to make sure our departments can quickly scan without having to log in each time.

Any info would be appreciated!
