Found the answer. Due to an expired certificate, you have to hit edit on the app and update then it will work.

Improperly formatted Weblet when installing on AltaLink 81xx series

I've tried to install custom apps from the app gallery on more than one AltaLink (C8155 and B8145) and I keep getting failed on the machines with a print out of "invalid dlm" and "Improperly formatted weblet" when trying to install it via the web interface.
