Sorry we don’t support the addition of username. Only date/time. You can set the date/time option when creating the app by selecting the file name setting.

Hi

I have created a scanning app, thats scan to a fileshare.

But our document system requires the pdf filename to include username + date and time.

In this format: Scannedfile_%USER%-%d%_%m%_%y%_%H%_%M%_

e.g: Scannedfile_Alice-24-12-2019_18_30.pdf

Is this posible to do when creating app in Xerox App Gallery?
