Installation Error on App Gallery

Hi all,

I'm trying to install the Connect for M365 App from the App Gallery, but I keep getting two errors:

1) Request Timeout

2) Unspecifed Error

Unsure where to go from here. I did try calling Xerox but I was forwarded here. 

Printer is Xerox AltaLink C8130

Any suggestions?
