It appears the Scan to Cloud App is not working. The scan shows completed on the touch screen but never appears in the senders email box. I have checked spam and deleted folders. I have even done a message trace on the receiving email server and it does not show it ever arrives. Does anybody have an update on this?

What version of the Scan to Cloud email app are you using? If you have not already upgraded to the latest version (4.0.1) I recommend doing so as the email service the app is using has changed and the 3.0 version will no longer be supported in the future.
