Hi, we have an issue at our sites where certain print jobs via the PrintByXerox App will be held for resources, and the only option is to cancel the job. This seems to happen particularly when customers are trying to print returns labels, which is a popular need. If you log onto a PC and print it from there it will work, which I presume is because the printer driver can sort out any issues with the sizing, where as the PrintByXerox App cannot.
I have tried various settings in PrintByXerox to select different paper sizes, but surely the option to fit to the page size should be able to combat any sizing issues with the document. I think this is an issue with the PrintByXerox App which needs to be looked at.
