1. Go to Xerox App Gallery: https://appgallery.external.xerox.com/xerox_app_gallery/solutions_market_place
2. If you do not have an account, you can create one by selecting Log In and then Create Account
3. Then once you have an account, login and select the "Devices" tab
4. Add a device by selecting "Add" and filing in the required information
5. Go to the All Apps tab and select the Share Patient Information App
6. Select "Add to My Apps"
7. Go to "My Apps" tab and select Install and follow the instructions to install the app on the device
