Microsoft 365 error code

I have installed the trial version of Connect for Microsoft 365 and will receive an error message after putting in the credentials.

"Application error received from service.  Error code: 400."  It then tells me to please try again but never moves past this screen.  I have tried installing the app from a browser and from the App Gallery on the copier.
