New Sys Admin Password will not work

New install.  Firmware is current.  When trying to add a device I receive an error that Username or password is incorrect.  I can log into the machine Webpage and UI with no problem.

Standing in front fo the customer.

This is fixed.

Found a post about checking the machines time.  NTP was enabled and populated with server information.  The time was correct on the machine. 

However, the password did not work until NTP was disabled and set to manual.
