Please make sure the device date and time are within 5 minutes of the correct time. That will cause the device not to install an app.

Not recognizing device admin password C81xx

C8135 at SW level 105.009.009.34422. When trying to add app from app gallery, it does not recognize the device admin password, stopping the install. Have reset password (works on EWS) but still doesn't work. SNMP values at default. Is this a known issue? If so, is there a general release (or SPAR) that resolves the issue?

Any direction is appreciated.
