You can only get a spar by asking or reporting an issue that there is a spar to fix it (via 2nd level support).
But, say you have the link for the latest spar to the 7845, theoretically, it won't change for the next spar on that device. So if you go to that page right this minute, you will be linked to a firmware with the number 073.040.066.08210, But, had you gone to the same link a month ago, it would have been 073.040.055.33800.
Spar software is always located at an un-indexed link, so search engines won't find them, without being provided a link, you don't get the spar.

After upgrading the 7845 to the SPAR release the keyboard now appears.
I can see no other issues anywhere else, happy happy happy.
For future reference where would one normally find SPAR releases? I only stumbled upon these two from trawling through threads on here.

The problem with the keyboard not opening should be fixed in the SPAR release 073.xxx.066.08210 that you have upgraded too. Please let me know if this problem still occurs for the 7845 after you upgrade the device to the SPAR release.

Edit** After installing the SPAR release 073.xxx.066.08210 on the 7835 this problem does not persist and the keyboard is fully useable. I will try this on the 7845 later.

I recently upgraded 2 devices (7830 + 7845) to ConnectKey 2.0 and have noticed the following issues in relation to the OneDrive app:
• Xerox 7830, No on-screen keyboard when asked to enter username & password.
If you enter a number from the dialling keys and then click over the username box the on screen keyboard will then appear.
After logging in the app will force close its self, I can find no way to stop this from happening.
I have uninstalled and re-installed a number of times and face the same issues.
• Xerox 7845, Again no on screen keyboard unless a ‘dial key’ is pressed first.
However once the username and password is entered the app works perfectly.
I just read in another post that there may be authentication issues at OneDrives end that is causing the app to close. In this case both devices have been using the same OneDrive account so I can not see that being the case.
Edit** After using the device whilst logged in as Admin i can succesfully log into one drive without it force closing, after switching back to guest i can now access it on there as well. Seems to have fixed its self. Still no clue what is causing the on screen keyboard to not appear though.
