There can be many reasons like files are hidden or the malware attack. I suggest you to signout the account from all devices once. Then unlink the pc from onedrive account. I hope, this will work, and if the problem doesn't solve after this. Please reinstall the onedrive application. If the problem doesn't solve even after this, they try contacting microsoft support

I have a customer that all of a sudden when they log into OneDrive it only shows existing documents and not any folders. This was not the case before so I assume something changed on their side but don't know what. Does anyone have any ideas?
