The development team has fixed the issue that you have found and the fix will be available in a release coming up at the end of October. If you need it sooner, please let me know and we can try and get it to you sooner.

After some investigation, we found that this is a known issue in the software. There is an open defect in the system that will track this issue to closure.
Unfortunately, at this time, I don't have an outlook for when the fix might be available. However, there is a forum for the @PrintByXerox app (http://forum.support.xerox.com/t5/Mobile-Printing/bd-p/Cloud) that might post information regarding up coming App updates. Please check this forum occassionally for additional information.

I have had several instances of Altalink C8000 machines that have finishers attached.
When accessing files to be printed within Print@PrintByXerox app the "Staples" selection
is gray'd out and not accessible.
The Altalink has the latest firmware and has been rebooted several times along with removal of the app
and re-installation. None of which makes a difference. Has this problem been seen elsewhere?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
