We currently do not surrport G Suite but we are in the process of working on having it supported later this year.
So to be clear, Xerox Apps do not currenlty support G Suite? I have customer with a Versalink C405 who is trying to scan to G Suite Google Drive, he said he could do it in the past, but is unable to now. It's possible he is mistaken.
You're welcome.
We will post release announcement on this forum, so please check back here for updates on this feature.

We do use G Suite for our "Company" (entire city actually, alingsas.se).
It sounds like I have to wait for an update on your end then, not much use trying Joe's approach now.
Thanks anyway.
Hello, Pontus.
Please go ahead and give what Joe has outlined a try (Thank you, Joe!). I have a question for you, though. Is your company using G Suite?
I'm wondering, because currently, the apps cannot support G Suite solutions. We have had requests to support similar solutions, but no work has been planned for the near future.
I have passed this along to the Program team so that they are aware for future release planning.
Please feel free to check back here for any updates.

If you have a skilled network guy.....
Just go to EWS > Properties > Security > Logs > Network Troubleshooting and turn that on, then try to login, then stop and download the trace.
Open the trace in Wireshark and you should be able to view exactly what is happening, but it isn't exactly english ;-)
Thank you for a very good explanation of xerox naming scheme. And for the firmware link.
Alas, the operation succeeded but the patient is still ill. :-(
Even after the upgrade I am still stuck when trying to authorize in the 'Print and scan for Google Drive' App. If the there is nothing that can be done (upgarde?) on Xerox part I will have to try and see if something can be done on our end. I don't have much influence of our login screen, and as I said it works with every other service using Google Login that I have come across.
Thank You anyway
But when I search Xerox support site for the copier, I find firmware "Xerox_AltaLink_C8045_C8055_Software_Upgrade_100.002.057.09609".
It is from Oct 9 2017(!)
What you see on the drivers pages of Xerox.com is always going to be the General release of firmware. It is never going to be the latest release.
Why is the old file showing up in my search? And why has it a higher version number (057)? And how did you find your file? And why isn't it named starting with Xerox.."
You probably did not search, you just went to the drivers page where as noted above, they/we list the General release firmware. As for the number, if you understand how Xerox engineers number them, the number isn't actually higher <see pic below>, As a Xerox employee, who is on the team that supports the printer itself, I have the links on my custom home page, but anyone can grab them by going to Xerox.com/security, look to the lower right under the Security Resources area and click on the Software release quick lookup table link. As for the name, probably just a different person named it.
I should probably use the file you linked to, I just don't know how you found it, and the numbering scheme....
You really should try it.
I am a bit confused here. My current firmware is 100.002.028.05200.
The link in your post is "AltaLink_C8045_55_Software_Upgrade_100.002.038.10200.zip" so I should probably upgrade.
It is from Apr 30 2018

Try updating the firmware on the printer, I vaguely remember an issue with login screens in a previous release, that may be what you are seeing.
