Hello.
I noticed from one of your earlier screen captures that Accounting is On. The App Gallery apps do not support accounting. They will seemingly work, but they do not have the ability to post the accounting codes, as you noted.
There is a way around this. It's not really an exception, but you can disable tracking for Prints and your files will print through the apps without a problem. Please note, disabling this setting disables tracking for all print jobs. I don't believe that there is a way to apply this just to certain prints, ie; jobs coming from the App Gallery Apps.
To adjust this setting, go to CWIS for your device. Log in as the device administrator. Select the Properties tab, then to the Account Methods option from the Login/Permissions/Accounting section. Select the Edit link to the right of the Service Tracking option. One the next screen, select the Custom Presets radio button and then click Disabled for Prints. This will allow your files to print without error and without an account code, however nothing will be tracked for print jobs going forward.
I hope that this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thank you,

So Yesterday, I pushed a software upgrade on our Xerox Workcentre 7845 because I notice our app gallery wasn't working either. This morning I got the report that the software upgrade was a success and notice the app gallery was working now. Awesome!
I checked the setting you mentioned and did notice it was not enabled. So I enabled it. I did a test print and noticed Print and scan for Gooogle Drive accepted the job but printed out an error notice instead of the actual document.
I seem to have invalid accounting codes? I'm not sure how to fix this. I'm printing from the machine, not from a computer. I also, login in with a pin before I'm even allowed access to any service.
Question: "Where do I define exceptions within the web interface to allow jobs to print without requiring accounting codes?"
Thank you!
My error notice
Hello,
Can you please check and make sure that the following setting is enabled on your device: "Allow Open Access to Job Information"
You can check this setting by going to the device webpage and then selecting Properties > Services > Printing > Printing Web Services and scrolling down to the Job Management section of that page.
If this setting is disabled, please enable it and try again. If this setting is already enabled or you are still having trouble printing after enabling this setting, please let us know!
Thanks!

For some reason, every time we try to print a document we get this error message "Job cannot be completed. An unknown error has occurred and this file cannot be downloaded for printing. Please try again later."
Now, as for what I know. I know this printer is set up with a database of local accounts. We use our local account pin to access the Print and Scan for Google Drive weblet. Which then takes us to another window which allows us to log in to our Google drive. this all works until I choose a .pdf document and try to print it.
I know that all the accounts on this machine have unrestricted user permissions when it comes to printing and scanning. Nothing is blocked as far as I can tell. I'm not sure what could be causing this issue.
I wasn't the person to install/set up this weblet so I have no idea what I'm supposed to make changes to, but I do have admin privileges and can access the Xerox Workcentre 7845 internet services online.
Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated
