Any findings from the 2 trace logs?
If you login to the device webpage and navigate to Properties > Apps > Printing > Printing Web Services there is a setting called "Allow Open Access to Job Information". Can you confirm that is enabled along with any other scan/print web services on that page. If it was disabled, please enable it and try scanning/printing again.
Is only scan not working or does print not work either?
We have a school district looking to implement Print and Scan for Office 365 App. We currently have it set on an Alta Linx C8135 on the latest firmware (also had the gen release). We can log into the 365 account browse all the folders but when we send it all it does is sit on processing then times out.
Are there any rules needed in 365 or any specific ports for it to scan back?
