Print from Dropbox with Xerox Standard Accounting

Hello,

I have an issue with xerox standard accounting when I print from dropbox account. I perform these operations:

 

- Login in xerox using XSA code, selecting proper group code.

- Select Print and Scan from dropbox

- Select a document to print.

 

After downloading a file, an error page is printed with these informations (the message is in italian, so the translation could be not accurated)

 

USER: EIP User

Document: LSR_8565.jpg

Printer name: xxx

Date:xxx

Job is cancelled because you did not enter valid user code.

 

Is there any way to print from dropbox when xsa is activated?

 

Please note that my firmware version is 073.040.075.34540

Hi Fabio, thank you for your interest in Print and Scan for Dropbox. I'm sorry but at this time we do not support XSA with the Print and Scan for Dropbox App.

Is this still true. Is XSA still not supported with print from Dropbox?

Yes it is still true, it is not supported with dropbox (or any other EIP app)
