We recently discovered that on our fleet of Xerox printers (~136 total, AltaLink and VersaLinks), if you select a job to print in the @PrintByXerox app, the button at the bottom for "Print Settings" is no longer selectable (it's greyed out). It's available if no job is selected, but immediately becomes inaccessible once you select a job from the queue....so no way to actually change the print settings on the printer itself.
It seems like this is effecting the printers from a higher level as this does not appear to be a local device setting.
Has anyone seen this before?
Any suggested fix?
