Did a software upgrade.
Automatic upgrade didn't work. Can't get to the login part, after the ip address.
Did a manual one, even tho I got several saying the "patch is not intended for this software version" and "Software Upgrade Result: Failed".
After the upgrade the PrintByXerox is now correct.
Got the one machine yesterday.

Can you share what firmware version is installed on each of the devices, please?
I have 2 machines, 7855.
They both do the same.
When trying to login, it shows a double keyboard, I have to press the down arrow to remove the 2nd keyboard that I can enter the username and then again with the password.
The app is the latest version already.
