I have a number of users that wirelesly print via printbyXerox.com a number of them get an error. They send a pdf to the cloud and receive a keycode form the cloud but when they access the App on the display and enter their code the response is "Internal Server Error - An unexpected error occurred ".
This issue happens on all Xerox machines that we lease for a limited number of emplyees (485 machines)
How do I resolve this issue?
