Hi, Gary.
Have they tried printing their file directly to a printer without going through @PrintByXerox? I'm just curious what the outcome was or would be if they try this.
I've looked at the file and I think that they may need to modify their .jpg input file to allow full bleed (or no margins so that it will print to the edge of the paper). I tried this here and it worked for me. Please note, I also saved my test file with the 11x17 dimensions. Have they also tried this?
Thank you,

Hi, Gary.
Using the Auto Scale option worked for me (ie; it printed to the edge). I have a .pdf file that has content right up to the edge of the file and is set to a size of 11 x 17. I've sent it to the printer and when Auto Scale is selected in the @PrintByXerox app, the output is an 11x17 doc with no margins at any edge.
When using the Tabloid 11x17 option as the output Media Size, I do see the margins at the edge.
What device are you using? Also, what firmware/software version is installed on it?
What version of the @PrintByXerox app are you running on the device? You can check the App version using Centreware IS. Go to Properties -> Services -> Custom Services -> Weblet Management.
If you'd like to share the file with me, I can see if I might be able to find a setting that will print the file as expected.
Thank you!

When using the print@printbyxerox App and sending a jpg files to print on 11x17, it prints out, but the image is not filing the page. It leaves about an 1 1/4" margin around the image. If I send it as a pdf, it does the same thing. The pdf size is 11x17, but when I pick 11x17 or automatic scale it does the same thing. Is there any setting that would correct this?
