Hello, Ivo.
The program team has reviewed the requested change and has agreed that it makes sense for the App Gallery app scanned filename date/time format to match that of the native apps on the device.
A feature request (#608) has been added to the system and this change will be worked into a future release. I don't have an exact date for when this change will be made, but I can update this topic when the update is available.
Thank you again for the feedback!

Hello XAG Admin,
What is the program team's stance on the reported problem - what are the chances of a change?
Are there any plans on implementing a different date/time format yet?
Thanks in advance and have a great day,
Ivo
Hello, Ivo.
Thank you for the post and the valuable feedback.
I will make sure the Program team is aware of this date/time challenge. I will also add a feature update/feature request into our tracking system.
Again, thank you for sharing this feedback.

Hello,
I have a customer issue with the format the new custom scanning apps (workflow scan/email) add the date and time to the pdf file name.
The custom build apps create a file name syntax of e.g. "Xerox Scan 2019-02-21 04.00.38 PM.pdf"
whereas our Versalink and Altalink machines do natively name a file with added date/time either e.g. "Xerox Scan_21002019160038.pdf" (VersaLink) or "Xerox Scan_20190221160038.pdf" (AltaLink)
Normally that doesn't look like a big issue, but my customer uses a document management system with an import funtion. The import works fine with Versalink and Altalink native file names, but the dots separating the time entry in the custom app file format prevents a proper import.
I recon this DMS could not be the only system having issues with this "non-standard" file naming convention.
Therefore I think it would be a good idea changing the date/time format to something more common.
(not to take into consideration that the AM/PM format is not really used in Europe anyways ;-))
Could you please raise this issue with the developers?
Thanks in advance and have a great day,
