Proof Reader App Not functioning properly

Hi Team,

I'm facing an issue while using the Proof reader app. i have briefed the issue below.

* I have an account in Proofreader.

* When i scanned a document for check the grammer & spelling its scanned successfully.

* Once i recived the result report from 'noreply@xeroxproofreader.com' email, i cannot open the resuted PDF sheets as its showing empty & '0' kb size.

 

Need your urgent support on this.
